Payment Method
To secure your reservation with La Pandora Cruises, a 20% deposit of the total booking value is required at the time of booking.
Deposit Payment

The deposit is paid securely online via 9Pay.

Once the deposit has been successfully received, your booking will be confirmed, and a confirmation email with your cruise voucher, itinerary, and pickup information will be sent to you.
Balance Payment

The remaining 80% balance can be paid in cash on the day of departure when our driver picks you up in Hanoi or upon check-in at the cruise terminal.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to coordinate with our cruise operations.
Cancellation by Guests
More than 15 days before departure
8–14 days before departure
3–7 days before departure
Within 48 hours before departure or No Show
Amendments
Guests may request changes to their booking, including travel date, guest names, or room type.

Requests are subject to cabin availability.

Date changes made more than 7 days before departure are generally accepted without additional service charges.

Price differences may apply if the new travel date has a different rate.

Changes requested within 7 days of departure cannot be guaranteed.
Weather & Force Majeure
The safety of our guests is our highest priority.
If the cruise is cancelled by the local port authority due to adverse weather conditions (such as typhoons, tropical storms, or unsafe sea conditions) or other force majeure events:

Guests may choose to reschedule their cruise to another available departure date at no additional cruise charge (subject to availability), or

Receive a full refund for any amount paid to La Pandora Cruises for the cancelled cruise.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen travel disruptions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds are normally processed within 7–14 business days.

The actual time required for funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Any transaction or payment gateway fees charged by third-party providers may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.
